Magnetism is a DAILY practice
From my own exploration of magnetism, I've come to realise that it is a continual practice. Just like your muscles will get weak if you stop going to the gym, your magnetism will weaken if you forgo your practices. Magnetic practices range from breath work, dancing, yoga, meditation, grounding, running, exercise; anything that get you connected back into you body. This episode is your reminder to keep up on your embodiment! You will only master your magnetism with practice, and it's worth the effort; I promise you.
